My (first) order said it had been delivered but it never showed. I got ahold of customer service and they promptly sent out another order, at no cost to me. ....and wouldn't you know my "lost" package showed up the same day as the reorder. Anyhow, the product itself is super handy to use with my name tag - working in healthcare and always on the move.
